Yep Over East though it would be 1.30 am and if it was daylight savings which they have and we dont in summer it would be 2.30am over east.

So yep not too much difference between the west here and the UK

Just going by the sense of it, I don't think deserving fits in that sentence. To me he's saying your flaws are what make you beautiful, even though the rest of the universe appears to be perfect, so we'll create something unique in our world hence designing stars (re-creating and redesigning the rules of beauty from something that appears to be imperfect)- a pearl in the oyster syndrome.
